An Important Choice

As a genderqueer person looking for an outlet to express the feminine side of my gender, I decided the shave my face.  As I looked at the hair on my chest, stomach, arms, legs, and genitals, I considered removing that as well.  I wanted to look at womanly possible so that I would look good in my skirt.  Then I asked myself, why should my hair dictate my gender? I’m wearing the makeup, the skirt, I grew my hair out, and the tights.  At what point do I stop being masculine and suddenly become feminine?  And also, what about the MAAB people who do those things and identify as  cisgender still?  Are they less of men because they do what I do? The answer to that last question is no.  My identity is still valid even if I never wear a skirt or dress in my life just as a cisgender woman does the same thing.  I’m going to dress up and I’m going to flaunt what I got and I’m going to enjoy every part of myself.  Masculine and feminine.

Day 2: Favorite Playable Race

I love changelings.  A race of people descended from doppelgangers that can disguise  into any race and can change the slightest detail to the point where they transcend even gender.  They’re true forms don’t form a physical sex until puberty and usually by then they establish their gender identities before then.  They are completely capable of reproducing as either male or female which makes them very interesting to play in RPGs because it’s a creative way to introduce trans topics in an open minded gaming group.
